Job Summary:

Description:
As a Grubhub Food Courier, your role will primarily involve delivering delicious meals from local restaurants straight to customers’ doors. The job requires excellent customer service skills, as you’ll be the face of Grubhub, interacting with both restaurants and customers. You’ll also need to ensure that food orders are correct and handle cash or card payments upon delivery.
Requirements:
– A smartphone to receive and accept orders.
– A reliable vehicle (car, bike, scooter, or motorcycle) and a valid driver’s license.
– Proof of insurance (if delivering by car, scooter, or motorcycle).
– Must be at least 19 years old (21 years old in Chicago).
Responsibilities:
– Accept delivery assignments within the app.
– Pick up food orders from local restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
– Ensure orders are correct before delivery.
– Provide excellent customer service.
– Handle cash or card payments upon delivery.

Educational Qualifications:
No formal education is required for this position.
Experience:
