Hilton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Concierge for evening shifts. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assisting guests in making their stay at our hotel as enjoyable as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading organization within the hospitality industry. This part-time position is under 4 hours per evening, offering health and dental benefits, paid training, and paid vacations.

Job Description

The Concierge is responsible for providing information about the hotel and local area, assisting guests with various tasks, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role is ideal for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a love for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

– Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcomed

– Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, directions, local attractions, etc.

– Assist guests with reservations, transport, travel arrangements, and other requests

– Ensure the lobby area is neat and presentable

Requirements

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Strong knowledge of the local area

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

– High standard of personal presentation

– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
