YouTube Creator Partnerships Specialist

Responsibilities Own the creator sourcing process and become our in-house YouTube expert for top accounts. Strategically identify YouTube talent for campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve brand/client KPIs. Leverage data and insights to successfully position recommended YouTube talent to clients. Build and maintain relationships with YouTube talent and industry professionals; attend events to stay updated on creator landscape trends. Expand our current pipeline of YouTube creators, identifying potential new talent and nurturing established relationships. Lead YouTube creator discussions across relevant teams; effectively communicate creator needs and recommendations between Account Management, Campaign Management, Creative, Strategy, and Sales. Requirements Bachelors Degree from an accredited university. 3+ years of relevant experience. Extensive knowledge of the YouTube landscape, including national and international markets. Strong writing skills with the ability to compose client-facing collateral. Experience navigating a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries (Beauty, CPG, Fashion, Hospitality, Lifestyle, and Travel). Deep knowledge of all major social platforms with relevant contacts from each platform. Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills to meet tight client deadlines. An entrepreneurial spirit who thinks outside their job responsibilities and can function effectively in a team environment or independently. Nice to have Experience at a startup. Enthusiasm for pop culture and the entertainment industry.
