Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Lead Conversion Consultant Workday. This is a long-term remote contract, 12-24 months. This role is open to lead the Data Conversion on large Workday implementation. Act as a lead consultant on a large Workday Big Bang implementation. You will Lead, build, validate and conduct data conversion and strategy for third-party systems into Workday. You will design, architect, develop, and deploy functional business processes, data conversion and reporting solutions. You will interface with functional and technical business leaders and bring and executive presence. You will provide strategy, processes and recommend tools as well and interface with selected SI. What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience) • At least two full Workday Big Bang end to end implementations as a Data Conversion lead... for Hospitals. • Work with HCM, Finance and Supply Chain Data and lead the implementations of Data Conversions through all the phases of implementation cycle. • Handle complex data conversions by setting strategies and processes and recommending tools. What you will do: Work with internal leaders and the SI to develop Data Conversion plan and ensure success. Create documentation regarding Data Conversion plan. Communicate Data conversion plan, recommend processes tools and appropriate resourcing. Be the liaison between the client and SI with regard to Data Conversion and know what to look for with regard to lessons learned and how to best support the Data Conversion to Workday Apply Job!
