  • Provide clients with relevant information to answer their questions, including extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
  • Explain clients' rights and limitations as per their contract, ensuring they understand their benefits and responsibilities
  • Document and track contacts with clients, providers, and plan sponsors, maintaining accurate records and data

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment. You should be able to demonstrate empathy and compassion, with excellent oral and written communication skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is also acceptable, provided you have significant experience in customer-facing roles.
