The Opportunity: We are seeking an engaging, customer-focused Live Chat Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, an ability to handle multiple inquiries at once, and can provide quick, accurate responses to customers. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will interact with customers, assist them with their inquiries, and handle any potential issues that may arise during their interaction with our company. Job Responsibilities: • Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information. • Maintain a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers. • Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary. • Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments. • Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement. Desired Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. Higher educational level would be a plus. • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial. • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry. • Knowledge of toxicology or chemistry. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Fluency in a second language. • Experience with CRM software and office applications.
