Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an essential contributor to our Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) division, specifically supporting the Airfield Customer Service (ACS) Resource Planning team. This team is responsible for analyzing key operational and staffing metrics that drive both functional and financial performance for our clients. The insights generated by your work will directly influence how arenaflex helps its partners deliver consistent, reliable, and exceptional service to their customers.

This is not a typical data entry position. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Accuracy: Accurately enter, update, and maintain critical operational data across multiple platforms, ensuring data integrity and reliability at all times.
  • Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and refine predictive models and forecasts to proactively identify required ACS staffing needs, collaborating with multiple cross-functional ACS departments to ensure alignment.
  • Resource Utilization Analysis: Analyze resource utilization patterns and identify more optimal and efficient solutions that improve operational outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and clear visualizations.
  • Trend Analysis: Examine the latest trends in ACS resource planning, using your findings to inform strategic recommendations and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Data Discovery & Source Development: Identify and extract data from various sources for use in analysis, modeling, and project development. Discover and develop new data sources and foundational analytical models as needed.
  • Advanced Analytical Techniques: Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical methods to highlight business challenges, propose potential solutions, and articulate relevant tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Model Development & Refinement: Build new strategic analytical models or modify existing ones to better serve evolving business needs and emerging challenges.
  • Data Storytelling & Visualization: Transform raw data into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Complex Reporting: Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from senior leaders, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and strategic value.
  • Process Improvement & Project Management: Support complex process improvement initiatives and project management engagements for both individual business units and cross-divisional projects.
  • Executive Presentations: Present findings and recommendations to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives, with confidence and clarity.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as an internal consultant to stakeholders, providing expert insights that drive results and inform decision-making.
  • Safety & Security: Consistently prioritize the safety and security of self, others, and all sensitive data, adhering to arenaflex's rigorous standards and protocols.

Essential Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau is required. You should be comfortable querying databases, writing scripts, and creating visualizations.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business insight combined with solid statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You must be capable of managing complex processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, relevant, and strategically driven documents and presentations for senior leaders.
