Position Overview

We are hiring motivated Data Entry Specialists to support our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, and Texas. Whether you are seeking part-time flexibility or a full-time career path, arenaflex offers both options with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. Full-time availability is strongly preferred.

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of healthcare information that powers decisions affecting millions of patients. Your meticulous work will directly support claims processing, population health insights, and operational efficiency for healthcare organizations across the country.

Principal Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work at arenaflex will be dynamic, focused, and meaningful. The core responsibilities include:

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input data with precision into the QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of digital images, ensuring all information is captured correctly and completely.
  • Document Identification: Analyze and classify various document types based on visual cues and provided documentation guidelines, applying judgment and attention to detail.
  • Quality Verification: Review and verify all entered data against established quality benchmarks to ensure accuracy exceeds departmental standards.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex security protocols.
  • Professional Collaboration: Interact respectfully and professionally with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional colleagues as needed to support operational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement and contribute recommendations that improve job processes, efficiency, and overall team performance.
  • Task Completion: Demonstrate a strong work ethic by completing all assigned daily tasks, with flexibility to support team priorities as business needs evolve.
  • General Office Support: Perform other basic administrative and office duties as assigned to support the broader operations team.

Compensation and Available Schedule

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $12 per hour, with regular performance reviews and growth opportunities.
  • Employment Options: Both part-time and full-time openings are available. Full-time is preferred, and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required.
  • Shift Availability: Operating shifts vary between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, allowing flexibility to accommodate various schedules and time zones.

Location and Remote Work Details

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving as a key member of our distributed team.
