In this role you will craft, design, and deliver compelling visual and written content that supports arenaflex’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the broader Innovation Communications team. Your work will shape how internal and external stakeholders perceive arenaflex’s technology initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across every channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and refine CIO‑directed communications—including speeches, blog posts, video scripts, and intranet articles—to convey complex technology concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.
  • Visual Design: Design high‑impact graphics for presentations, intranet pages, banners, and printed collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
  • Video Production: Capture, edit, and produce short‑form video content for internal channels, ensuring professional quality and brand alignment.
  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics, develop visual assets, and manage communications for town‑halls, leadership forums, roundtables, and global administration events.
  • Content Management: Maintain and update content within arenaflex’s intranet and content‑management platforms (e.g., Unily), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including HR, Marketing, IT, and Business Units—to gather insights, align messaging, and deliver cohesive communication campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement metrics for communications, provide data‑driven recommendations, and continuously refine content strategy to improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Brand Stewardship: Uphold arenaflex’s brand standards, ensuring every piece of communication reflects the company’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Visual Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or visual storytelling, preferably within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional written and editing skills with a proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Hands‑on experience producing and editing short‑form video content, including familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
