  • Data Accuracy & Confidentiality: Perform precise data entry into arenaflex’s CRM, ensuring all personal health information (PHI) is handled in compliance with HIPAA and internal security standards.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including product, compliance, and quality assurance—to share insights, flag recurring issues, and improve support processes.
