Position Overview
As an Overnight Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for clients seeking language interpretation services. Working during overnight hours, you will be responsible for gathering essential information from callers, connecting them with qualified interpreters, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Please note that this position is currently remote due to ongoing public health considerations. We anticipate a partial return to our Horsham, Pennsylvania office once it is safe to do so. Our office is conveniently located minutes from the PA Turnpike in a beautiful business center with ample free parking and well-maintained landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients calling to request language interpretation services, providing a warm, professional, and reassuring presence during every interaction.
- Accurately gather essential information from clients, including language requirements, nature of the call, contact details, and any other pertinent data necessary to facilitate effective interpretation.
- Efficiently connect clients with qualified interpreters from our extensive global network, ensuring timely and appropriate matches based on language, industry, and urgency.
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a pleasant, efficient, and professional manner, maintaining composure and courtesy even during peak periods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations, demonstrating empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity throughout every interaction.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive client information, adhering to arenaflex's comprehensive data protection and privacy policies.
- Navigate multiple software platforms and systems with proficiency, quickly learning and adapting to new technologies as needed.
- Document call details accurately and thoroughly in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate supervisors or departments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, interpreters, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven track record of success in a previous customer service or call center position, with demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
Technical Requirements
- A personal computer with a working camera and reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote work).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
