Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service across multiple channels while meeting performance and sales objectives. Your primary duties will include:

  • Customer Inquiry Resolution: Field incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media platforms, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic responses to a wide range of questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Issue De-escalation: Calmly and professionally attempt to resolve and de-escalate any customer issues, using active listening and superior negotiation skills to reach satisfactory outcomes.
  • Escalation Management: Identify situations that require escalation and route interactions to the appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance with billing, payments, and account-related transactions, processing payments securely and accurately when required.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Track all call-related information meticulously for auditing, reporting, and quality assurance purposes, maintaining thorough and organized records.
  • Feedback Contribution: Provide constructive feedback on call issues, recurring customer concerns, and process improvement opportunities to help arenaflex continuously enhance its service delivery.
  • Sales Objective Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management, identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, or recommend additional products and services.
  • Multi-Channel Adaptability: Seamlessly transition between communication channels and adapt your communication style to suit the medium and the customer's needs.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following essential requirements:

  • Bilingual Fluency: Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in any industry.
  • Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong logical problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when handling complex customer issues.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to support our 24/7 operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to evolving business needs.
  • Composure: Ability to remain composed, objective, and professional under pressure.
  • Active Listening: Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs fully before responding.
  • Negotiation Skills: Superior negotiation skills, with the ability to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • 6 months of call center experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • 6 months of sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Experience using CRM software or customer support platforms.

Work From Home Requirements

As this is a fully remote position, you will need to meet the following technical and environmental requirements to ensure optimal performance:

  • Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps or higher; minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps or higher.
  • Connection Quality: ISP must have no packet loss and ping latency under 50ms.
  • Proof of Speed: Ability to provide proof of internet speed as part of the onboarding process.
  • Workspace: A clean, quiet, and dedicated workspace free from distractions, where you can maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
