Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and customer-obsessed professional to join arenaflex as a Remote Customer Experience Specialist with a focus on email, chat, and phone support. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Interaction and Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.
  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions daily while maintaining accuracy, speed, and a positive attitude throughout every conversation.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers at all times, even in challenging or emotionally charged situations.

Travel Sales and Booking Services

  • Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and a wide range of other travel services tailored to each client's unique needs and budget.
  • Cooperate closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and expectations, and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodation options.
  • Use effective promotional techniques and prepare engaging promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, seasonal deals, and exclusive travel experiences offered by arenaflex.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to maximize value for the client and contribute to company revenue goals.

Issue Resolution and Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers by utilizing the right methods, tools, and resources available at arenaflex.
  • Document all customer interactions, process customer accounts accurately, and file relevant documents according to company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications
