  • Daily Login & Availability: Start each shift by logging into the arenaflex live chat portal at your scheduled time. Maintain consistent online presence during your agreed hours to ensure customers receive timely responses.
  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and respond to live chat conversations with website visitors, helping them navigate product pages, compare watch models, and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Product Knowledge Sharing: Provide detailed information about watch specifications, materials, movements, water resistance ratings, brand heritage, pricing, and availability. Become a trusted advisor customers can rely on.
