Position Overview

The Content & Repertoire Data Entry Specialist is a critical member of the Record Label Team at arenaflex. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, validating, and uploading music metadata to our distribution partners, ensuring that every track is accurately represented across streaming platforms, digital stores, and performance‑rights databases. Key Responsibilities

• Metadata Preparation & Entry: Input comprehensive song information—including titles, artists, composers, producers, and featured performers—into arenaflex’s internal repertoire system and external distribution portals.
• Credit Attribution: Research, verify, and assign appropriate credits for each track, ensuring that all contributors receive proper recognition and royalty allocation.
• Lyric Management: Transcribe, review, edit, and upload accurate lyric files; perform quality‑control checks to guarantee that lyrics are free of typographical errors and comply with platform guidelines.
