Requirements

For The Role :

• This is a full time role. It is ideal for those looking to transition to remote work fully or those who want to use their coaching experience inside an established company
• We are only going to consider applicants who have at least 10 years coaching experience
• We are only going to consider applicants who have experience coaching people online
• Our clientele are executive males in the US ages 40-70 and interested in overall health & longevity, please share why you would be the perfect person to coach these people
• Clientele must be checked in every single week and communicated with every week even if you are on holiday. If you are not able to commit to this, please do not apply for the role.
• You must be organised, hard working and dedicated to helping make a positive change in our clients' lives
• Must have a laptop/computer no older than 2022 and high speed internet connection to be considered for the role
• You must have a bank account that can handle an international USD transfer.
• You will be a self employed contractor for this role

Duties: - Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, fitness level, and any limitations or health concerns - Design personalised exercise and nutritional programmes based on clients' individual needs and goals via our app (Trainerize is the developer) - Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey, providing guidance and accountability - Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed - Provide education on nutrition and lifestyle factors that contribute to overall health and wellness Qualifications: - Certification in personal training from a recognised organisation - Certification in nutrition from a recognised organisation - Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles - Experience in program design for various populations (e.g., weight loss, strength training, sports performance) - Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients - Ability to adapt exercises for individuals with different fitness levels or limitations - Knowledge of proper body mechanics to prevent injuries during exercise - Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals Benefits: - Competitive compensation based on experience and client base - Work fully remote from anywhere in the world as long as you are able to service US based clients - Flexible schedule to accommodate both client availability and personal commitments - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education in the field of fitness - The satisfaction of making a positive impact on clients' lives through improved health and fitness If you are a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, we would love to hear from you.
