Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of our company, delivering compassionate and empathetic service to our clients' customers, while also upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible service
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients' customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the training and support you need to excel in this role
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we'll teach you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and address complex customer concerns
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Work Environment

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace. You'll need:

  • A private residence with a dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • A computer and headset, which will be provided by arenaflex
  • A webcam, which may be required for certain interactions

Physical Demands

This role requires constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity. You'll need to be able to sit for extended periods, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.
