As a Territory Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in your assigned territory. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work with a leading company in the construction sector. Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the construction industry. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, architects, builders, and developers. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue. • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our building materials. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and provide insights to management. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key stakeholders and promote our products and services. • Continuously build and enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide expert advice. Qualifications • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to achieve goals. • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
