Sr. Marketing Manager - Acquisition US, Amazon Flex

The Amazon Flex team is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager - Acquisition US to own the acquisition of delivery partners across the United States. This is a high impact and exciting role which involves end to end ownership of delivery partner acquisition strategy, budget, channel selection, and optimization. This individual will be in charge of developing and deploying online marketing campaigns... through pay-per-click (PPC) channels at a both a country and regional level. They will own an acquisition target and budget and be in charge of ensuring both are met on time for all regions throughout the year. A successful candidate will have experience in executing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) marketing campaigns through online channels. They will have previous experience in executing campaigns through social media, Google Ads, and job boards, as well as showcasing an Innovative mindset to create new Acquisition campaigns leveraging new channels. The candidate will be customer obsessed and focused on delivering results with clear ROI. They will demonstrate an ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies, especially through written communication. They will be an analytical thinker who loves solving problems. Experience in Excel are also a required. Key job responsibilities - Own the ongoing planning, optimization and execution of the Amazon Flex paid marketing channels, including new channel assessments and testing plans. - Build an acquisition marketing strategy which shows how you will deploy PPC marketing to acquire our target audiences within unique delivery areas across the United States. - Manage and analyze the lead pipeline by providing data driven insights which indicate channel performance and success. - Own key performance indicators including acquisition and engagement metrics for Delivery Partner populations. - Tailor national marketing plans to ensure success in specific regions. - Test and learn using multiple channels, strategies, and metrics to propose new concepts for national roll out. - At least 15% Travel is required We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bellevue, WA, USA | New York, NY, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
