Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in California. As a key member of our Data Engineering group, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven experiences and growth to support business and operational initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement streaming and real-time data pipelines that feed the functional backbone of our business.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement streaming and real-time data pipelines that feed the functional backbone of our business

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to characterize and execute data procurement, transformation, processing, and make data significant for operational and analytical drives
• Execute unit tests and validating expected results to ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through investigation, coding, writing clear documentation, and issue resolution
• Drive the adoption of data handling and analysis within the Hadoop climate and assist in cross-training other team members
• Influence key and analytical skills to understand and address client and business-driven questions
• Lead and guide cross-functional activities that involve colleagues across all regions of the project, vendors, external organizations, and partners
• Influence data from various sources to develop data warehouses and insights that provide a comprehensive understanding of the business
• Create and execute innovative solutions leading to automation
• Utilize coordinated techniques to manage projects
• Guide and train junior designers
• This position is presented on local conditions and conditions. Sponsorship for work visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be granted. This position is for arenaflex Business Services Pvt. Ltd. - an entirely owned subsidiary of arenaflex Inc.

Requirements

* BS/BA in software engineering or related STEM field

• 3+ years of IT experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience in large data advances like PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, HBASE, Kafka, Nifi
• 2+ years of experience in social data set frameworks like MS SQL Server, Prophet, Teradata
• Innovative, driven, meticulous individuals who enjoy handling complex issues with data and insights
• Individuals with a natural interest and willingness to solve problems are encouraged to apply
• 3+ years of IT experience in software development
• 2+ years of experience in large data advances like PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, HBASE, Kafka, Nifi
• 2+ years of experience in social data set frameworks like MS SQL Server, Prophet, Teradata
• Should be legally authorized to work in India for any business without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview expected to meet work capability
• Reliable, consistent participation is a fundamental capability of the position
• Should be familiar with English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experts in software engineering or related STEM field

• Experience with cloud-based frameworks like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Certified Designer/Engineer on AWS
• Solid experience in continuous integration and delivery using Agile techniques
• Data engineering experience in the transportation/aviation industry
• Solid critical thinking abilities
• Solid knowledge in Big Data
