What You'll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist consumers in resolving delinquent accounts. Communicate clearly and respectfully to build trust and rapport. Use ethical, effective, and friendly negotiation techniques. Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals. Schedule: First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. After 4 weeks: Choose your own schedule between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday. (40 hours per week required) No evenings or weekends required! Workspace Requirements: A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work hours. Ability to work seated at a computer with dual monitors and a headset.
