Job Summary:

As a Data Entry and Form Filling Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for inputting and maintaining data in various databases and systems, reviewing and verifying data for completeness and correctness, and conducting data validation and quality checks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Input and maintain accurate data: You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Review and verify data: You'll review and verify data for completeness and correctness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as necessary.
  • Conduct data validation and quality checks: You'll conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Complete form filling tasks: You'll complete form filling tasks promptly and efficiently, adhering to deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with team members: You'll collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure effective communication and support for data-related projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security: You'll maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions: You'll provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements related to data entry tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent: A degree in a related field is a plus.

  • Proficient in data entry: You should have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail: You should be able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: You should be familiar with Excel, Word, and other data management tools.
  • Ability to work independently: You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Experience:

Prior experience in data entry: Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Experience with data management systems: Experience with data management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Working Hours:

Flexible remote position: This is a flexible remote position; however, candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

  • Occasional overtime: Availability for occasional overtime may be required based on workload.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities: You should be able to analyze data and identify solutions to problems.

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations: You should be familiar with data privacy regulations and best practices.
