Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, communicating with healthcare professionals and insurance agencies, and resolving cases in a high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process data, including medication requests, patient information, and insurance claims
- Communicate with healthcare professionals, insurance agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve cases and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize strong data entry skills to support the success of the team
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a data entry or related role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Pharmacy technician certification or training
- Specialty pharmacy experience
- Medication settlement experience, including communication with prescribers and resolution of case status and solution guarantee issues
