Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients through live chat. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, helping customers with basic troubleshooting, and directing them to the right department when necessary. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or business) preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused during shifts
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and online chat platforms
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Representative (CCCR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
