About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the design, development, and optimization of Dynamics F&O deployments, as well as facilitating smooth migration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). As a key member of our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and optimize Dynamics F&O deployments, including migration and modernization to D365 F&O

  • Facilitate smooth migration and modernization to D365 F&O, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions
  • Develop and deliver technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Dynamics F&O

Essential Qualifications

* Proven track record in Dynamics 365 and F&O engineering, architecture, or similar roles

  • Experience with Customer Engagement
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software, including integration with third-party systems
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering productive collaboration

Required Skill Set

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions

  • Experience in system integration and interfacing with third-party systems
  • Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices
  • Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions

Technical Skills

* Experience in Dynamics F&O/AX migration and modernization projects

  • Background experience in Dynamics 365 customer service and sales functionality, customizations, and administration
  • Knowledge of system integration and interfacing techniques
  • Starter Kit configuration
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development
  • Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices
  • Experience with version control systems and development tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub)
  • Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online
