Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive experience.

• Assist with booking new reservations or updating prior requests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
• Handle all general questions or inquiries, providing empathetic and solution-focused responses.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements

* High-speed internet access (equipment provided by arenaflex)

• Availability to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, including weekends
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
