Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing our industry-leading training program: Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
- Engaging with clients and potential clients: You'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients and potential clients to provide product information, set appointments, and educate them on our life and supplemental health insurance solutions.
- Utilizing the Zoom platform: You'll use the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
- Assisting clients and potential clients: You'll assist clients and potential clients in completing electronic applications.
- Attending team training sessions: You'll attend team training sessions twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and potential clients, and build strong relationships with them.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and have basic computer skills.
