Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve issues and provide support
  • De-escalating customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for auditing purposes
  • Providing feedback on customer issues and suggesting improvements
  • Upselling products or services to customers when applicable

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
