Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and enhance our call center operations. This individual will oversee the internal call center, providing leadership, support, and strategic guidance for call center operations across various accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage remote, diverse teams across multiple locations, implement best practices, and scale customer service operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a High-Performing Team: Manage a growing remote call center team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Developing Operational Strategies: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, quality, and performance, aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Collaborating with Leadership: Collaborate with LMS leadership to support external client call centers through process optimization and best practice sharing.
  • Ensuring High-Quality Customer Experiences: Ensure high-quality customer experiences, meeting or exceeding organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • Analyzing Performance Metrics: Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and coaching opportunities.
  • Recruiting and Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and train new customer service representatives to support expansion efforts.
  • Implementing Secure Systems: Implement secure and compliant systems and protocols for remote service delivery.
  • Fostering a Culture of Accountability: Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and performance within the team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ Years of Experience: 4+ years of experience in a call center or customer service leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferred.
  • Remote Team Management: Experience managing remote teams across diverse geographic regions.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Proven success in implementing best practices and process improvements within customer service environments.
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in legal services, healthcare, or disability-related industries is a plus.
  • CRM and Call Center Platforms: Familiarity with CRM and call center platforms.
  • U.S.-Based: Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States.
