Job Description College Promo is a high pace, fast-growing national apparel and promotional products company serving colleges, universities, and businesses across the U.S. We provide apparel and promotional items for events like orientations and campus activities. Think Orientation merch, Intramural Champs tees, campus 5Ks water bottles, that's our stuff... Position: Full-Time Account Manager Job Duties include, but are not limited to:  Communicate with customers, via phone or e-mail, about current and new orders  Creating/editing sales orders, quotes, and invoices  Researching apparel products and promotional items, using our Sage database  Answering phones and helping customers with any questions or concerns they might have on current and new orders  Managing and growing our current customer base of over 100 schools  Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success  Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs  Creating UPS shipments  Travelling to conferences in the spring and fall to represent the company Benefits:  Accrued paid time off/vacation time  Flexible schedule  Monthly health insurance benefit  Quarterly Team Performance Bonus We're looking for a candidate who can effectively identify and address customer needs to support their success with our products.
