Your Impact

As a Property Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Facilities and Testing Department's efforts to manage and maintain arenaflex's property and assets. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will enable you to make a significant impact on our team's success. Key Responsibilities

As a Property Coordinator/Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry
  • Checking source documents for accuracy and verifying data where necessary
  • Transcribing information into required electronic formats
  • Checking completed work for accuracy and responding to requests for information
  • Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms
  • Performing other duties as required to support the Facilities and Testing Department's goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Two (2) years of courses in a designated field or trade school, and three (3) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Basic knowledge of proper office procedures
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to plan and work selecting proper tools and compare and understand differences in size, shape, and form
  • Ability to follow written and oral directions, plans, and blueprints
  • Recognition and reporting of safety hazards
  • Understanding of inventory processes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Two (2) years of college courses in a related field, plus four (4) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience for a total of six (6) years
  • Familiarity with MAXIMO and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of government property processes and recordkeeping
  • Receiving and inspection experience
