Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries.
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex's construction and roofing services, including product offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Converting chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, utilizing your excellent communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Documenting interactions in CRM systems and maintaining organized records, ensuring seamless handoffs with sales and project teams.
  • Communicating effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries during assigned hours, demonstrating a friendly and helpful tone.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (minimum 45 WPM), with the ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the team.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
  • Experience with tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat, allowing you to leverage your existing skills and knowledge.
  • Familiarity with the construction or home services industry, providing a deeper understanding of our products and services.
