Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat platforms, engaging with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including issues reported, solutions provided, and customer feedback, in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to enhance customer experience and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights during interactions to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, services, and support processes.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a digital environment. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems.
  • Certifications: Customer service certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative) a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business).

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment.
  • Skills: Experience with arenaflex's products and services, or similar products and services.
  • Certifications: Advanced customer service certifications (e.g., Certified Customer Service Manager).
