Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Live Chat Support Specialists to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch business and customer support to our clients through various online platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages, emails, and social media inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their queries and issues efficiently
  • Document customer interactions and issues for future reference and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging responses
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
