Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will work in a remote WFH environment with a flexible schedule of part-time hours under 4 days a week. This role offers a competitive hourly salary of $17 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and dental insurance, paid training, and paid vacations. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing incoming chat requests, addressing customer queries regarding their accounts, products, and services, and troubleshooting issues effectively. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and identify trends in customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues regarding customer accounts, products, and services
  • Documenting all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Providing product and service information to customers, aiding them in making informed decisions
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed
