Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Building trusting relationships with customers and recommending products and services that best meet their needs
- Creating "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction
- Helping maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness
- Following all arenaflex safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills
- The ability to connect with customers and build trusting relationships
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
