We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a 100% work-from-home environment. Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Google Chrome
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work more hours as needed

- Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar industry or role
