Your Impact at arenaflex

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving high levels of customer satisfaction for our key insurance accounts and other lines of business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent, prompt, courteous, and focused call center support to policyholders via phone, email, faxes, and other correspondence.
  • Answering in-bound calls for designated areas of responsibility and supporting existing and potential customers with policy interpretation, claims, and premium/billing-related issues.
  • Reviewing insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular policyholder is covered by insurance and comparing/reviewing policy information with customers to ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and providing proactive solutions to prevent future problems.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A high school or equivalent diploma, with an associate degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Life/Major Medical/Medicare Supplement insurance experience is highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
