Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and patients, while also managing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Manage data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, including processing prescriptions, patient information, and other relevant data
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and prescription data
• Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage patient data
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and data entry software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or call center environment

• 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English a plus
