Better U is seeking an experienced Welcome Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling heavy outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and assisting inquiries from our website. Ideal candidates are empathetic, motivated, and skilled communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential clients across multiple states.
- Contact website leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and onboarded clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide timely reports.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of outbound sales experience.
- Exceptional empathy and understanding of human behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week.
