Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary role will be to input various data formats into our computer system. This will involve updating and maintaining information on our company databases and computer systems. Data entry responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work closely with our data management team to streamline data collection and entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

* Input new information into database systems

  • Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data and delete unnecessary files
  • Combine data from different sources
  • Collaborate with team members on data collection and integration
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Requirements

* No prior experience necessary

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
