Job Description:
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources to enable informed business decisions
- Gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
- Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
- Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making
- Guide less senior staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Present to the management team and other stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
- Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
- Microsoft Power BI
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Alteryx
- Python/R
- Automation
- Financial Information
- Basic Accounting Information
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
