- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contributing to process improvements and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- A strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software and customer service platforms
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:- Experience in a remote work environment or working from home
