Job Description

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary focus will be on providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other services. You will also be expected to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email

  • Offer accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies
  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or a related field
