Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Administration Professional to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our administration team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to our team members. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process data, including data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and administration

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry or administrative roles

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Tableau

  • Familiarity with cloud-based software, such as Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in data entry or administrative assistance
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
