Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Image Review Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately identifying and entering license plate numbers, state codes, and plate types into the system
- Processing a minimum of 600 images per hour after the initial training period while maintaining accuracy
- Identifying unclear license plate images and updating the information accordingly
- Rejecting unidentifiable images using the proper business rules and providing feedback to supervisors to enhance image quality
- Monitoring image and application quality to ensure consistent performance
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 35+ words per minute typing speed or 6,500 data entry strokes per hour (KSPH)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Proven attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to adhere to a 30-day no-absence policy upon hire
- Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
