Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Assistant Clerk Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Technical Requirements

To perform this role, you'll need:

  • A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS
  • High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) to ensure seamless communication and productivity
  • A professional headset for calls to ensure clear and effective communication
  • A backup internet connection recommended to ensure business continuity

Compensation Package

Schedule Options

  • Flexible hours between 8 AM - 8 PM to accommodate your schedule
  • Weekend availability a plus, but not required
