Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working from home and maintaining a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum Internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)
  • Not compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
