Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of products and services
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers on product pricing, shipping, and other related queries

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Location

This role is based in Norcross, GA, and we offer various on-site shifts to accommodate your schedule and preferences.

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $25-$27 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.
