Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Dispatch incoming customer phone calls and respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests

  • Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
  • Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
  • Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments with clients who request our benefits
  • Complete applications for insurance products
  • Attend ongoing, optional training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
